Safety

Player safety is very important to us at Ladera Ranch Little League.  We want our players to enjoy a safe learning environment, surrounded by role models they can trust and look up to.  We run background checks on every volunteer; from managers, coaches, umpires, and team parents to members of the board of directors.  We provide first aid kits to every team so they will have the basic supplies available to handle most emergencies.  We also urge all managers and coaches to warm up, test equipment each practice, and educate players on safety at bat, on the bases, and in the field.
